You pay only if you subscribe. Subscribing during your trial does not charge you until the trial ends. Paid subscriptions cost $19 USD per month and renew monthly until canceled from Billing. If you do not subscribe, reminders are held after the trial. Your invoices and settings are kept. Subscribing resumes the chase on the next daily run.
You get 30 days because invoice terms often run two to four weeks. The trial gives you time to see a reminder go out and a client reply. The free trial covers up to 25 open invoices and 75 client emails. Subscribing removes both limits. That is room to bring the open invoices you actually need to follow up on.
What do I add to DueBuzz?
Add details of invoices you have already sent: client name, email, amount, currency and due date. Import a CSV if you have a backlog. You can try the follow-up without changing how you invoice.
Does payment detection cover every method?
Optional Stripe detection closes matching invoices only when the amount is exact. Uncertain payments stay open for your review. PayPal payments, bank transfers and PDF invoices need a manual mark-paid, so DueBuzz knows when to stop.
Can I change my sequence?
Yes, the schedule and wording are yours to change. Start with guided tones and edit them to sound like you, or use your own template. Set up to 6 steps. Unpaid invoices move to Stalled when the sequence ends, so more reminders are your decision.
Can I review before sending?
Yes, review-before-sending holds each reminder until you approve it. If a past tool surprised you by emailing a client, start here. The daily email then lists what is waiting for your approval instead of tomorrow's reminders.
